I’ve always had a great time at Clean Express in North Royalton. The wash is super quick and easy, and the staff is always so friendly. I really love the original team that’s been around for ages—they make the place feel like welcoming every time I visit.

First and LAST time visiting this establishment. Stopped in to get my car washed, I have never been so disappointed in a car wash before. The employees acted put out about having to work, paid a hefty penny to have the bugs bits and car paint still in my vehicle after the wash.

I usually get my car washed every 2-3 months. I can't buy a single wash without arguing with the clerk for 10 minutes and convincing them no means no on the monthly plan. The wash machines they installed are markedly worse than the old ones. Still had bird droppings, bugs, and clear lines on my windows where the brushes didn't make contact. Shame I'll have to find a new regular wash place, this is a convenient location for me.

Had a membership for 3 months. I mostly went ti North Royalton and Broadview Rd Seven Hills locations. Staff is friendly and attentive. Car wash overall did a good job except widow just under the spoiler lip, as others have commented. A quick spray or one pass of a brush would solve this problem easily. If price is reasonable will sign up again for Fall/Winter.

Yesterday was the second time getting a Signature Wash to evaluate the service and wash. If not a member, the attendant pushes hard for you to join the club and while I can live with this, both washes left a lot to be desired. The hood and upper door sections (SUV) get pretty clean, but the lower door area and trim, rear window and lower trim areas don't get a good wash. In both instances, these areas were still dirty when I examined the vehicle at home. The dryers don't do a good job as there are soapy water streaks down both sides of the vehicle. I also had to re-clean the windows after getting home. I went back the second time to see if my first experience was an aberration, but both washes were the same. I sure miss the old days when different owners had the wash at this location; at least they power washed the hard to get areas and afterward hand-dried the vehicle. I guess I will keep looking for a car wash that can do the job right the first time.
